Enough with the live sales already

I Can tell, just went to their website to see if there was anything there I wanted and the whole site only had 97 corals total through all categories , very disappointing for the average shopper like me.

And making something real positive with it?
Theres nothing wrong with vendors and buyers who want to live sale. Nothing at all.
However R2R has given us another platform that allows reefers to sell and I guarantee you theres enough reefers and corals here to stock the vendors shelves.
Is what it is right?

The bubble has not burst yet. Those frags fly off the shelf in seconds. At least the last "flash" sale was more fair. 120 frags all at once vs 3. I dont see these live sales failing until this house arrest is 100% behind us and even then they will still have hundreds of attendees. I hope R2R gets a cut! If they dont then their karma level is on max...

Not at all. Just saying there are enough reefers here selling all sponsors corals and some of them I can guarantee just by the posts and selection they post and sell they are stocking more of the sponsors gear than the sponsors apparantly. That is unless the sponsors are just hoarding until next weeks live sale?
Either way I was trying to make it positive.
Why not instead of ranting about not being able to get a coral. Why doesnt everyone just post vendors and sellers that actually have all the sponsors gear on stock..... At a fraction of the price.
That's all.
Could totally flip it up here and make it a positive thing because I do see this thread getting shut down it's only a matter of time.

I have done a handful of live sales with a handful of companies. The good, the bad & the ugly. I enjoy live sales, I know many companies have slightly inflated prices or they only have the same "super discounted" very common coral. But I have genuinely met people through live sales, had fun, won prizes and got some decent deals. I'd do them again for the right companies

There is a seller feedback section.
I dont see what the harm of posting a thread for reefers to post a reefers chunky selection in so they can all be in one spot.
It wouldnt be disrespectful at all honestly and it would be a thread to defer people to that are frustrated with sponsors/vendors being out of stock.
I guarantee you theres plenty of reefers here that truly could stock the sponsors websites with more than enough of all there fire signature gear...

See i disagree as I prefer to keep mine a secret. As more ppl find out about the nice chunky good prices stuff, you will start seeing less availability, higher prices followed by smaller frags.

I disagree with this as I see sellers selling what would be motherlode colonies of the same 1 inch signature frags at deeply discounted prices.
Let's be really all it would do is make everyone honest.
And quite possibly put stock back on the shelves of vendors....

Wasn't expecting this much from posting this thread. Just got a little frustrated with a new live sale add right after the last one for the last few weeks. Thank you everyone for your opinions and the good discussion. Thank you for Keeping it civil, vote with your wallet and support a fellow hobbiest. Whether by buying from them during live sales or on the buying forums on here!

Would be awesome for vendors to have more availability on the regular site and not save everything for the live sales. Would be nice if all live sales where lots of coral every hour on the hour to give a break in between and let everyone have a chance.
