So I just did some checking and I see no report on it. I also don’t see where you posted that post at all. If it were removed we mods would still be able to see it as we don’t allow hard deletion of posts. I would also see it in your recent posts but I’m only showing three posts for you today. Could you possible have not submitted the post after you composed it? We certainly don’t care if you say you don’t like particular corals. I hate the OG bounce until I got one in a trade and now it’s one of my faves.

Possibly because out of all my posts I could not understand why that one would have been removed.

@revhtree. I posted in the most overrated and underrated corals thread the other day and my post has been removed? All I simply said was Wwc Og Bounce was my most overrated mushroom and didnt see the hype behind it. Also listed zoas only because I'm a mushroom hoarder. But my post was removed and idk why?
Also i have been part of certain threads here one in particular and we where only discussing what stocks to buy during this crisis and for the most part was going good and alot of insightful info being put out by members and it just vanished. Totally gone.
I do understand the need to keep peace here and get it someone has to administer a certain degree of rule or else things can get out of hand fast and I've see that here as well.
But I have also found myself scratching my head at certain things too.
All I'm saying is if I or any of us feel our posts are just going to be deleted that's not a good feeling. I love it here. Spend most of my time here and forums are all about posting.
Point is I've felt like maybe I shouldn't post certain things now because it may be removed.
That's not a good feel when your on a forum posting I guess.
Perhaps you have a MOD that's going crazy censoring things?
Members should be able to have intelligent conversations with one another even if certain members dont agree with other members correct?

Most Underrated and Most Overrated

I would say zoanthids are HEAVILY overrated. They look like little dying anemones without the symbiotic partnerships. For underrated, I would say all of the large, single-polyp corals are way less popular than they should be. Another would be sea hares, and bristletooth tangs. Algae eating...

Cant remember the name of the thread but I believe @Hemmdog started it or we where having good conversation about what stocks to buy and I'll be honest I took some of that advice and I'm sure it was good advice now.
Certain political things where brought up in thread but for the most part we where having intelligent conversation and a little debate but nothing got heated and alot of good information was shared and then the thread was gone for whatever reason.
Not making a big deal just bringing it to your attention. As I've see quite a few posts lately about censoring and maybe you where not aware.

I searched for posts you made with "underrated" and quickly found it. If it doesn't show up on the feed, I can't speak to that.

I don't really mind the live/flash sales... gives me exposure to some corals that I might not know about otherwise, and I'm not required to buy anything just for looking. I do agree there is a lot of gamesmanship involved in some of the pricing (it definitely pays to shop around so you know what is or isn't a good deal).

I also wish the vendors put more into the information provided on each coral (like where it comes from, feeding/care recommendations, etc... you're lucky to get a vague flow and lighting recommendation that may not even be accurate).

In the end, online vendors really make me appreciate local sources more. Last week I purchased 3 large frags (they would be called colonies by many vendors) from someone 5 minutes from my house... all for less than the shipping fee charged at most of these sale events, and I made a new reefing friend to boot!).

It's all good. There was certain politics being debated but your opinion of negativity may differ from other people's opinion of negativity and I didnt see anything wrong with adults speaking intelligently about differences when the topic of the thread had stayed intact and alot of good info was being shared.
