Ok so heres a quick sketch of the placements.

Here is the actual photo of the set up.

Here is the left side wall of tank "A" and behind the wall is the sump.

Right side wall of sump and behind it is Tank "A"

Im planning to break down that wall for to pipes to run thru.

Water station "Black Vertical Tank, Tank A and Tank B.

Is the return pump for the Tank internal or external?

That's to way will it sit inside the sump?

Ok, than you can tee off the return for draining water out of the system, during water changes, and use the pump on the mixing stations to add fresh mixed salt water via the 4 way tee on the upper cross piece that connects the two contains... You will have to ball valve all three ends.
