After a good steady and hard rain for 3 full hours and 7.2" later the tank is good.
The house lost power for 5 seconds but the genie took over.
We having a break mow but radar doesn't look promising, more heavenly water on it's way, question is how MUCH

I am glad! Hopefully this doesn't get as bad as they said it would and in some places it hasn't. Still keeping prayers with everyone and fingers crossed until this is all over.

2:30am Sunday morning, rain is continuing coming down.
We added another 5" to the total as there is another round coming.
On top of that we have a tornado watch issued for Katy.
12" of water on my street and slowly rising.
This will give you a idea on the bands of rain we get in.
As the center of Harvey is stalled and not moving this event will continue for the night and tomorrow.
40" up to 50" till Monday is just crazy.
