Help me price this HUGE hammer colony

Wow, thx for all the info. Just an update. I fragged the big guy. I was way off, there was 92 heads on that thing! Here are the new pics. As for the value of single heads much discussed here. LFS gives 15 a head in store credit where I’m from. While locals buy them anywhere from 20-25. From all the replies, I’m surprised to learn that larger pieces don’t command a premium. But it does make sense.

If You're happy with the transaction, and the buyer is happy, that's what matters.

Awesome. Hope you are happy with it and kept some of it to grow out again.

Oh geez what a fun read all of this thread has been from the beginning lol! Congrats on the haul of frags on that hammer colony.
Things can get heated over coral prices lol.

But general consensus and the first post with a realistic price nailed it on the head lol.

It's the pure size and price. Very specific buyers. It makes it a very hard sell. Lfs don't want to sit on inventory they want it to move. The longer it sits the more it costs them to keep it. You can prob place 5 or more frags in the space that it took up.
higher the turn over the higher the profits.
