Fishes and other live stock looking good, snails in the tank (trochus, cerith, turbo), spaghetti worms, mini brittle stars, and mini feather duster doesn't look affected at all.
So far, only colonial hydroids look affected. The hydroids tips are gone compared to yesterday.
Green Star Polyp didn't look happy the whole day.
About the 20th hour mark Zoas started looking unhappy and started to close up. I waited till 24 hours to do a 20% WC and added carbon, and started the skimmer. Skimmer went nuts as soon as I started it back up.
Upside down jellyfish hydroid, jellyfish, and veremtid snail does not look affected at all. Thought fenbendazole would work faster, unless fish fenbendazole is not as strong or my dosage was not high enough.

Yeah I read that green star polyp, cloves, and xenias would be affected. I couldn't remove the one i glue to overflow.
36 hours later and everything looks good, except GSP and colonial hydroids. Gonna do a 10% WC tonight.

After my 3rd WC, all zoas and the 2 sps I have are doing fine. Notice most of the colonial hydroid heads are gone now. Fenbendazole doesn't seem to do anything to upside down jellyfish hydroids or jellyfish.

First off, thank you for starting this thread. It has saved me countless hours and a tank teardown.
I dosed my tank about 48 hours ago but I'm now seeing the hydroids start to pop back out of their tubes. Is this normal? Did I maybe not dose enough?
I used .4 of the 250mg packets off Amazon. Basically I poured the whole thing into a water bttle that was 15cm tall, then used 6cm of the liquid.

What hydroids are you dealing with?
For us to know if you put the correct dose in you will have to tell us the volume of your system.
if you dosed 100mg (as it would appear you have) then according to Todds previous posts you dosed enough for a 66 gallon (US) or 250 litres system, which would equate to roughly 1.5mg per gallon.
you would have a better idea of how much you dosed if you added your diluted solution in Millilitres rather than CM depth of a bottle.
