77.4 which is up .4 now over normal
That's it... I get a 2-3 degree swing daily here in So. Cal with central air @ home. Relax, drink your beer and check again in manana. Evaporative cooling should keep it under 84* F.

P.S. your calling a A/C tech on a holiday, it's going to be a ball kicker price wise. Have you even tried to troubleshoot your unit? They aren't rocket science to repair.

It's a newer Bryant. I checked breaker box. It has power to the control dual zone thermostats but the unit won't come on not even the fan. AC guy installed some float valve auto shut down if the pan fills with water. I think this triggered but don't know why.

I found an all night AC guy to come out. Pretty sure my wallet will take a big hit but will offer him beer anyway if he can fix it. Wife ready to blast me now.

Sux about the condensate pan float. Can always bypass the float switch to check. Mine is gravity fed since the blower/evaporator is on the second floor, so I don't deal with any of that. May want to check the fuse on the control board, or if the condensate pump has crapped the bed.

I had a issue a few weeks ago on my unit, run/start capacitor crapped the bed. That was a few nights of hell for the precursor to mother earth entering menopause this weekend.

I bet you have a clogged drain

This.

These are a godsend, beats dragging the air compressor hose in.

They were just out a month ago for that and cleaned the pan and down line. There is no water coming out the secondary emergency drain pipe outside house
In that case, I'd be working on a jumper for the float switch. It's either a NO or NC circuit.

I'm a 12 pack in my AC checking skills are pretty rusty right now

Did you check battery to thermostat.

Not sure where that is? There is an upstairs and downstairs thermostat. Both have power connectivity. There is a climate zone control panel module in my closet upstairs with a bunch of wires and red or green lights.

So I lost one of my Temperate tanks yesterday when one of my chillers blew a fuse in the middle of the night. so still realling from that. I use frozen water bottles in the sump and switch them out.
but it is actually cooling down here 77 outside windows open, blowing air through the house.
My tropical tanks got up to 84 everybody seemed happy. As long as it is a slow rise you should be good.
