Hypo or Copper?

I've used ICH-X and to say the least...it's a band-aid. I definitely helps temporarily, but like @Humblefish said, it's very diluted. Best to be aggressive if the fish can tolerate it with the correct dosage and nip it in the butt.

In the hospital we don't run low level antibiotics, we treat to kill and sometimes we treat very aggressively. That's higher dosage with proper and longer treatment times.

I just added my second dose of Parazipro, I'll do another water change in 4 days and maybe does one last time in 5-7 days. If he is still now better than I'm going to do the Formalin bath and transfer as Humblefish suggested.

Really? You don't think it's those worms still? I haven't tried anything other than the Parazipro on him thus far for that.

Yes, I still think your fish have worms but also a secondary bacterial infection might be creeping up. Take photos of the grey/ brownish spots on the Blue Tang if you can.

I'll do that when I get home tonight.

What do you recommended to treat the bacteria infection?

My wife keeps and breeds (well starting too) Discus in several large tanks and I keep two reef tanks. We have been looking to buy medications in bulk because we go through a lot of medications.

What do you know/think about the place for buying bulk medications: http://www.jehmco.com/html/medications.html?

A woman after my own heart! :) I used to breed angels & discus back in the day.

I haven't touched FW in over 10 years now, but every time I see a beautiful discus in a LFS it gets my blood pumping again. :D

@bif24701 WoW! Those looking amazing! :)

Thanks!

Update:

The spots on the Blue Tang have for the most part cleared up. I see just 2-3 now. Looking MUCH better. Hopefully with a third dose she will be free of this crap. CBB is still healing and look OK, the others too.

Glad to hear it!

Just did a 70-80% water change, will feed and then add Parizopro for the third time.

Third dose complete, the Blue Tang is looking really clear already.

The CBB fish hasn't healed as well as I thought he would have by now. Still have many lesions, what sort of action should I take with this one?

How many days has it been in this treatment with the kanaplex/furan 2 combo? If it hasn't been ten days yet, and it's not getting worse, then I'd say finish out the 10 days. If it's still not improving at all, then we can look at a different medication. You can also add metroplex to the two you are currently using to widen the spectrum a bit more.

X2 make sure you go a full ten days
