Is my blue tang ok?

:O. What could be worse than ich? I highly recommended an oversized Uv. That way you can kill both parasites and algae/bacteria

Possible Bacterial bloom depriving oxygen and causing stress and the clown, like the blue tang looks covered, more like velvet. UV would also help the cloudiness, I need to find a reasonable UV for a 120-gallon. I was thinking Eheim, but I can’t find it for sale in US.
