Good to know. Despite the two year warranty that they offer, it may not be as good a deal if it is difficult to get a hold of them (weeks to months from some posts), especially if it's near the end of the warranty period. I hope they step up their game with regards to customer service. Unfortunately, this greatly impacts my decision to place an order.

don't rely on the warranty...my lights broke within the warranty period and they DID NOTHING to help me!!!! they are not honorable people or business... the 2 year warranty is a LIE and my prediction is that they are going to change the warranty eventually because they keep changing their policies!!!

They are glorified black boxes in my opinion and after a year and a half of being told we will get back to you I put mine in the dumpster and ordered a whole new set up for the wife’s tank.
