There's no wayI agree that it is probably an alkalinity swing however I would think that other SPS corals would have been affected in some degree as well. The nem soaking up magnesium cannot cause the alkalinity to rise only the magnesium to lower. If that is the case. But I am more inclined to believe that somehow that nem stretched out and stung the WD.
Yes I do. Wild hammers for what I know as the owner lied then his hand said 90% isnwild we get. So I knew what I've been getting is wild.I think it might be sps/ coral warfar.
Do you have another sps from the wild in the tank? They carry bacteria that's different waters from the ocean.
I heard world wide coral don't mix
Agriculture sps from other sps for this reason,
