drained 15g out of the tub.
found missing fish dried up on the floor. :mad:
drilled and mounted overflow box.
drilled hole in stand for out going pipe.
attached return to tub.
attached tubing to return.
went to attach return tube to pump.
finding out you have the wrong reducer when HD and Lowes are closed and it's labor day weekend.
priceless.

All your big box stores should be open, only mom & pop or franchise retailers tend to close on labor day. Probably just shorter hours.

how do i keep track of evaporation?
my dt sump is a 50g aquarium so i have a black mark at full level.
not possible with a black tub sump.
so what ya got?
