Neptune screws up again with the trident

Lol this is almost funny
I come on here for support after a problem with an expensive product and do nothing but get bashed by a bunch of Neptune fans who can’t even be bothered to support R2R.
You all remember this thread when it happens to you and then will see what tune you are singing

Furthermore , it happens to another guy on here also who is just as mad and I don’t see anyone raging war on him

The mods should close this thread it no longer serves a purpose other then to let people know Neptune screwed up more then on of these

I’m guessing you’ve never seen a toy that said “Batteries not included” lol would you chuck the toy back at your mom in a fit of rage?

This is NOT a big deal. When I received my DOS I had to send it back bc one of the pump heads was defective out of the box. They fixed it free of charge and I had it back in two weeks. Was it disappointing? Yes. Did I throw a tantrum over it? Lol no. They’ll fix it. We live in an imperfect world, get over it.

Especially since some people are saying part of the supply issues are Neptune doing a final QC stateside. Not sure if that's true or not, but seems like checking the contents of the box fall into the realm of QC ;)

If you bought a toy that said "Batteries included" and they were the wrong size batteries, I think that'd be a more fitting analogy. Mistakes happen, people are allowed to complain about them, just as you're allowed to defend the product.

You’re right that is a better analogy and you know what I would be upset. But not enough to seek out a public forum to hold my breath and stomp my feet on and tantrum just my opinion. what purpose is this supposed to serve ?

It lets people know that if they desire to use the $600 product out of the box they better buy a cable!

Sometimes telling people what they’re complaining about is not a big deal and could be a lot worse helps them reevaluate their thought process to begin with

Um....... don’t spread misinformation please. The correct cable comes in the packaging. There clearly was a mistake in yours, that they would be happy to fix if you have them a call.

Boy, people love drama these days

I believe it's been multiple posters saying they got the wrong cable? Maybe it's a whole batch? I don't know, but to say it's misinformation when it's clearly happening and we don't know the scale may be, well, misinformation :)

If only there were Neptune forum members who would help resolve this issue and assure the masses that all is well...

It is misinformation to say that one must purchase a cable to use the Trident.

It comes with the trident. If there was an issue with your order, you should probably contact customer service....

For those who don't receive the correct 1Link cable, this information is correct. OP got the wrong parts, it may not happen on a large scale, it may happen to more than just OP.

None of us know and OP is just venting. Nice to see Neptune has such ardent defenders :)

Wrong once again. The OP or anyone that receives the wrong cable will NOT have to purchase one; I am positive Neptune will send them the correct one for free. It is misinformation to claim that one must buy a cable to use the Trident.

Its nice to that Neptune has some such delusional haters lol
