New waterbox 130.4 build

Quick question on the stand. What is the dimension (internal wall to internal wall) where the sump fits? I'm really thinking about getting one of these, but I really like my Bashsea sump I've got on my 90g now and would want to use it.
Inside wall to wall in the sump area measures 31"

That should be more than enough for return and a couple of reactors, no problem. Looking forward to see what you do for aquascape!

That's always the most challenging for me lol. I was thinking do I want to recreate my 75 build or try like a 2 island type of scape. Not sure yet.

I would love to do something like this but I dont have the right rock for it.

Is the pump guard absolutely necessary? I cant get the pump back far enough to line up with the manifold with it on

It shouldn't be necessary unless you were running a refugium and were worried about Chaeto and snails finding their way into the return chamber...

No, I don't plan on running one, There's no refugium chamber. Awesome I'm taking that off then :)

Ray this is looking nice and clean. And your mixing station is awesome. I’m going to have to do something like this. I would put a union in for sure so pump maintenance is easy. Also the 45’s are a good idea if in the future you want to put the filter on the pump.

Thank you! Union at yellow or blue or it doesnt matter? Cause there is a union on the pump itself.

I just tested the pump on the mixing station and it works, thank god! I bought it used for 100 bucks off marketplace so you never know lol

Back to aquascaping, How do you guys go about transferring rock that's already in a running system? I don't want to kill the good bacteria on it. I usually would cut a piece of cardboard out the same dimensions as the tank and take my time but I won't be able to do that this time.

Well, I received a reeflink that I purchase on here that was "new in box" But I didn't even receive the box and the front is scratched up. Kinda bummed about that maybe I'm being a-n-a-l but if it's advertised as "new in box" I expect it how you would get it from a store or online.

Appearance alone would suggest it is NOT new in box. Sad to see something like that on R2R, but I guess even here some would say and do anything to get that $$.

Assuming you paid with PayPal, I think you'd have a good case to get your money back if you wanted to. Since it doesn't appear to be as advertised.

Its just a frickin hassle ya know I wish people would just be honest.

I was/am a member of a forum with some 200,000 members--although not near that many active-- (non-reef related) that allows members to sell/buy, but u needed to be a member for at least 6 months, and a confirmed paypal account. After the sale, the buying and selling member rate the transaction which is open for all to see. Very few bad transactions and even fewer fraudulent transactions. Typically, I wouldn't deal with anyone who hadn't been a member for at least a year and they had to have previous transactions with a excellent rating. The system has worked out well. Sorry for the hassle.

He just sent me a msg, he said his cat damage the original box, so thats why there are scratches on it also. He did offer to send me a return label if I want to send it back. So that was nice of him.
