Im thinking of putting in an order for 20lbs of the CARIBSEA Life Rock Shapes, to go with the 60lbs of regular life rock I have. Has anyone purchased this rock and what were your thoughts?

Is anyone running the orphek atlantik v4 light? Would like to hear some feedback on it. I've done a little research and not sure if it would be a good switch from the t5 hybrid and a360 I was planning on running.

I heard the Nyos skimmers take some time to break in.

The tank cleared up alot overnight. Still a few bubbles but it's getting better. My reef octopus skimmer never did that so never experienced that's before.

Your picture just reminded me that I need to rinse sand today and it's like 30 degrees outside. Oh well. Your tank cleared up nice. Were you using the filter socks?

It's cold here in Michigan also, I rinsed mine in my laundry tub. Yes, I do have the socks in the sump.

It sure does lol. I am waiting on a box of caribsea life rock shapes to show up, I didnt want to start the scape until I had all the rock.

I did some cad work on my lights today and at 10 inches above my tank I am defiantly getting the narrow lens kessil make.
The normal 360x gives you 130 degress of light and as you see in the one pictures there's massive spillover and the pics at 55 degrees will be perfect.
