My Tank Thread
My Aquarium Showcase
Hello Sir, by the way do you have a yellow tang in your cube? I thought I saw that the other day?! I didn’t have anywhere to put my purple so I put him my 93 cube, I know it’s a little small for a tang but mine looks really healthy and seems happy! Swims in and out the rock structure picking on rocks and is active but not stressed! My whole rock structure is hallow in the inside. He’s with a tomini and tank is otherwise lightly stocked. Was a rescue tank for the tomini! Thank you!
Yes, have a 2" in there who is very happy and funny is I have a 5" in my 360 with a tomini and many other tangs
have ick and fin rot. Have copper in whole tank because I didn’t have enough quarantine for super large fish! The ick isn’t killing my fish it’s the fin rot. We are removing the copper tonight has been 32 days. Will take several days to clear most of the copper deep sand bed and lots of rocks. Not a good idea and don’t recommend I just didn’t have a choice. Will do UV sterilizer after we treat with Rally which I ordered and waiting one. My biofilter is too new and fragile to treat whole tank with antibiotics so I’m hoping rally will work. My reefs are health and fish only a disaster. Got a puffer dripped three times in hydroplex and did copper and still got ick in display tank. I couldn’t even see the ick on the puffer. We upgraded this tank from 180 in nov. hasn’t gone well at all. Fourfordfamily has been tremendously helpful to me answering my questions and giving advice. He didn’t recommend copper in display but understood my situation.
