Raising Dendronephthya and Scleronephthya, next step, pt1

Contact Salt and More. He had a frag of one in an auction on his Facebook page recently.
Thanks, I don't mine waiting, but when a company takes your money and says nothing, especially when they know their business. That's an issue. Well see next week.

Vendor I was dealing with, sent me list of corals available, I order , week later getting ready to pick up at airport, and then told no corals shipped. Not good business practices. I will get refund, if they communicated, issues their having, I would of understand. Because no communication of their issue. I got refund. So, plan B. Setting up accounts with vendors been around decades. De Jong Marine Life , Sea Dwelling Creatures , trying with Cairns Marines. Others vendors too. More waiting.

Sorry that happened. Good luck!

Just found this. Could it be a small Scleronephthya? Growing just under a large colony. Sorry for the bad picture, had to zoom in.. Check out the white polyps in the middle of the picture.

I see two little colonies. Keep an eye on them. Very cool

The other one is 12 O clock, above center ones

Here's our setup for automatic dosing of food in our frag tank with Scleronephthya(and all the usual stony corals).
We fill the containers every morning, and they set to dose out everything in 23 hours ( so they are empty in the morning).
Container 1: live phytoplankton (probably Nannochloropsis)
Container 2: 50/50 live phyto/live rotifers
Container 3: 2-4 dl Synechococcus/the rest tank water(the get even levels with the other containers, and get even flow of air bubbles).
The volume of the containers are one litre each.

And here are the rest, EasyBooster connected directly to the dosing pump and ethanol 5% also on dosing pump.

Thanks for sharing
I see an attachment on easy boost bag, that come with it?

Saltwaterfish.com has chili corals in stock. Just thought I'd share.
I have 4 of them, trouble is they love to eat a lot more than the rest of corals(their larger too). That effects the other corals. Also I have a ammonia issue, thought my 5 gallon bucket trickle filter would handle, not keeping up. Need to go to plan B. The large test tank, trickle filter should be fine. Bummer
