SAY WHAT?????? HOW MUCH I$ YOUR WHOLE SETUP WORTH?

everything included, i may have spent about $5k? this is livestock, water, rocks, sand, tech, additives, food, accessories, and stand. as well as tools to do everything(drilling, plumbing, cutting, etc)

my 180 that I am still working on we had to start buy putting 2k in to the floor the stand I built for around 300 the tank 1800 rock and sand 500 the sump 2000 lights just under 3000 the money I put in the tank I don't care about its the money I lost over the years on smaller tank I put that I will never get back I bet it has to be around 5000 or more
It looks like you’re putting your money in all the right places. I have a 180g as well. Enjoying the size of the tank and placement. Continued luck with yours.

I don't even keep track of it anymore. Between 2 systems an SR80 and RS 625xxl. I could have gone to Hawaii several times over by now. Paid my boat off. Retired earlier etc...

The older I get the more of a loose hold I have on money and material possessions. It's just money. You should see how much I spend oo bonsai trees. Not saying I'm idiotic with my money, but if I get enjoyment out of what I'm buying it's worth it to me.

Enjoy life responsibly. You only get one chance on this planet.
Well said!

I have a notes on my phone where I put the prices of everything I have bought. The grand total currently is $4580. That includes what the equipment costs new. For corals I put what I bought it for and increase it every so often for its new growth. But it only includes my current equipment and corals. I have bought and sold so much stuff that isn’t included.
