I could be wrong but I beleive him and Joy are the ownersDoes Tulio work for or own Reefbite?
Still no reply from Tulio
@Randy Holmes-Farley with a tds of zero coming from my rodi unit and no real metals in my icp report can I still have problems with my water? Source or tank water? And if so how would I test for them?
Yes, some trace elements could be too low, or even high, but that's not likely the problem.
Could be organic toxins, or biological problems such as pathogenic bacteria or virus issues. I don't think there's any way a hobbyist can diagnose a pathogen issue if you do not see them, except perhaps by ruling everything else out.
Well I put a new filter in and made some water hopefully after my next couple water changes everything turns around I mean this stinks I have no idea what’s going on
If I sent in a water test of my water from Home Depot would they be able to tell any problems
Yes I did they are both new anyway like a month old but yes I checked themWhen you checked all your magnets, you included the wetside of your Vortechs, right?
Yes sirHome Depot? You mean analyze your tap water?
The only thing I can find online is school district water and that varies from classroom to classroom and school to schoolDo you guys not have a local water authority that handles that?

Really? I have to look into this thank uNo I mean like we can bring our water to our local Ag extension office in our county and they send it off to the UGA lab and have the samples tests and results emailed back. Most every county should have the same.
That would make sense bothingbin life is freeBe careful about the Home Depot water test. I did that. It was that "test your water for free" display they had. They called after a while and said they wanted to send someone over to further test our water because it was flagged as being very bad. Ended up sitting through a 3 hour sales pitch where they were trying to sell us a $5,000 home water system. Total bait and switch.
