Okay I have to ask this question.

Walt disney acro. We get it amazing colors lota hype.

Let me ask why hasnt the coral kings newly released acro gotten any hype?

To me this TCK acro looks even BETTER than the walt disney. Yet hes not charging 600$ an inch.

Why is the walt disney still even a hot topic when this new acro is looking so beastly?!

I don't knock people that got the coral or can't color it up - I just feel bad because imo they got scammed. Lots of they going around now.

Oh well, true. We purchased an awesome Red/Burgundy sharp looking Acro from a wellknown reliable seller but once it arrived, it's more of a brownish dark. Tried it with radion, Ai and even Actinics itself, Nothing closer to the pic. 3 of our tanks runs zeovit and very stable and 50+ sps are thriving and sharp looking. It's been a month now and still no progress. Oh well, there goes the $150 1" frag. ( trying to hide it from the wife )

If this WD frag looks like the same from the original colony, oh man. We will cash in!!

So, whoever have some in their tanks, please share some photos.

Alot of buyers buy from both vendors. But it's foolish to think that anyone who bought this WD frag thought that it will look like the mother colony from day one.

Let's ask this question. Did anyone who bought a frag of WD tenuis thought there were getting a frag that looked like the mother colony ?

If the answer is No , then no one was scammed ,lied or cheated.

Why buy it if it will look nothing like the pic, this statement is so ridiculous its crazy lol. I guarantee anyone who bought it hoped it look just like the pic lol. why the heck else would you buy it if it would never look like the pics ??? I guess I don't get it. When I buy corals from people on line I want it to look just like the mother it was cut from. MAybe I am old school, where we bought corals to look like what we bought haha

To me the fact that there are rarely posted pics and no one shares it shows its a scam IMO. If it looked as great as the sell pics, people would be sharing and posting it nonstop, and also there would be a lot better resale from people buying these frags, you honestly gonna tell me no one else has a mini colony? But instead it doesnt look like the original or anything like the sale pics so i assume people that own it don't want to post pics, and have everyone else tell them what they already know, they got bamboozled. If this coral was truley the beauty that is shown in sale pics, wed see a lot more of them online

Wouldn't we see those with frags complaining about it as well?

In all honesty, the sps frags I bought and had mailed have always looked like the mother.

I'm guessing some are very sensitive and hard to maintain, hence the reason why these frags are browned out? I've had very nicely colored frags turn brown on me.

No one shares pics or complains because they don't want to be made feel worse for spending $500 on a coral that no one has even came close to matching Original Sale pics. At least I have never seen any that resemble sale pic, maybe somebody could post some pics and prove me wrong.

Also how is a blue light coral $500, shouldn't it be the corals that are stunning under all lighting (daytime, full spectrum, etc.) be $500?

Yes I agree you are out of touch with reality.

A lot of vendors do sell corals thay look nothing like their mother colony.

You are not one of them. But there are plenty other sps sellers.

As for why buy it. Coz I like a challenge. Even if there is one percent chance it might look like mother I will take it.

I mean look at your inventory. Your corals look like pics but they are mundane everyday sticks. Sorry to say but boring to me.

I did buy your yum yum and the fireworks though. Lol

I never said it will never look like mother colony. But I know there is a chance it will not look like mother.

Why are you so surprised. There are plenty other ways I waste my money. Buying corals that might not look like mother colony is one of them.

Mike sent me a picture of a frag and I liked it. The frag I recieved look like the picture he sent me.

Both don't look like mother colony. So where and why is there beef.

That logic is just silly. Also none of the staple sellers do this (Gonzos, TCK, BattleCorals, Unique, Cherry Corals, etc). Are you basically saying you like to fund these people that take ****** pictures, over shop the the photos to produce colors the coral isnt showing, and then also mark it up out of its price range, then you buy it knowing its not a right picture just so you can hope you can color it up to a unrealistic photo?

I agree. I know this frag has a lot of hype and a lot of fanboy and nay sayers. But I WISH I could get a true picture of it to show you all. I spent an hour trying to get my DSLR to get the TRUE colors but I could not .

Overall, I am happy with my frag. Its encrusting nicely. I do not feel bad for paying what I did nor am I trying to force anyone else to like it or buy it.

So to any haters out there.
