The overflow has been running pretty good now thanks to all the help in this thread!
Question though the water level is so high in the box In order for it to be over the bulkheads from the internal box that I get a lot of salt creep and even a few drops of water over the edge!
It was suggested earlier in the thread to use silicone grease or rubber spline.
