Thought this torch was a gonner. It fully receded for a couple of weeks then all of a sudden these little juicy nubs reappeared. It’s getting bigger every day. Funny how its rebirth coincided with me starting ATI Essentials. Think that’s just a coincidence? Idk...

It can happen, even if only a little tissue remains. That is why I am not too quick to chunk corals that look to have expired. Interesting about the Essentials though.

6 bulbs
It came with Hamilton rebranded german bulbs. I chose three 420nm, two 10,000k, and one 460nm. I’ll run this for a while and see if I like it. It might be too much daylight, but we’ll see.
I’m hoping to buy my bulbs during the Black Fraday / Cyber Monday sales. Save where I can.
The best part about these is that Lyndsey, my wife, loves them. She says it reminds her of the reef we had when first married, nearly 10 years ago. It was lit with T5s.

For months now my alkalinity has been rock solid stable. 1-1/2 days with the T5 fixture, my dkh drops an entire point. I guess that might tell me something. Lol
