BRS 5 stage RODI system just came in! Going to get this installed this weekend in the garage.
Still trying to decide on what to use for RODI and mixing tanks.
Was thinking two of these 25 Gallon Ace Roto-Mold White Vertical Storage Tanks, or I could just go with BRUT cans.

Craigslist is a good place to find storage barrells. I found 55 gallon Food Grade storage barrels for $20 a piece with locking lids. A lot cheaper then buying actual water holding tanks.

New to me (used) Octo Reef Skimmer just came in! Man am I excited!!
Sump gets here tomorrow, and will start planning the plumbing. Few drawing also of ideas, The holding tanks will be one on top other though, not side by side like drawing.

Nice dude. You don’t really need a heater in your rodi holding tank and maybe not even in your mixing tank depending on how cold it gets there in the winter, if anything you might just need it like 3 months of the year

I run triton in my 110gal tank.
Getting it dialed in is about the only hassle besides triton actually being in stock when you need it.

When you buy, buy two or three and restock well before your backup runs out.

Here is garage area (just cause garages are cool!) and a Mockup on the plan for the RODI and Tanks ill be putting in on the back wall of the garage.
From the mixing tank to the DT in the house only 30-40 ft, so ill have a pump for transferring.

LOL! Used to have it up and running in the house for years, Brewed beer from 2012-2017, unfortunately had to quit that hobby, too much good beer on tap at all times not great thing. Now its being used as frozen bait freezer for shark fishing baits. And the other freezer is being used for dry aging ribeyes all temp and humidity controlled.

Trigger Triton 34 sump came in!!!!! Cant wait to get it home tonight and start measuring out all the plumbing.
Going to go with blue piping and white tees and elbows, So inside of stand will be all white black and blue. I wish i could find blue or black gate and ball valves.
The gray and red wont really match, still searching so well see.

Should have guessed you brewed at some point with all those car boys on the the shelf. I've wanted to give it a go myself, just never did all the research. I like a hop heavy beer (IPA or APA).

Yeah I was big into it, also into making wine thus kept the carboys

, Built my own brew system, thing was a beauty. Entering comps etc. Im also a hop head, still have a couple IPAs everynight after work.

WOW, now thats a setup! Makes me feel like such a newb for using extract kits haha. I dont have time to do all grain.
