BRS Sent me wrong items

Because i wanted to know if anyone else has had any of the same experiences here. I have like 80% of my friends/family telling me to keep it and 20% telling me to send it back. such a moral dilemma lol

What's the moral dilemma? Either send back something that's supposed to be sent back or keep it knowing you shouldn't. No judgment here either way.

I know, I am going to once I get my actual order in. (would be funny if that was effed up too)

see that’s actually awful, in my case, random items showed up in a box

There is no dilema. Do the right thing. If you are looking for people to tell you it's ok to profit from an honest mistake, i am hoping you came to the wrong place. Dont let an anonymous board be your moral and ethical compass.

A multimillion dollar company im sure they will be okay

Sure they will be ok. Enough losses and all of us customers will bear the burden. It's a matter of principle some people's being different than others.

I have had this happen a couple times with brs, my products were not super expensive so they said don’t worry about returning them.

Yes I can. It's wrong to keep something that isn't yours. If you have doubt, reach out and ask if they want you to ship it back, and you'll get an answer.

I don’t care for big business not my loss now if we’re talking about family owned and operated is a different story

I'd prefer to get what I ordered. If they paid for shipping, it's going back. The end.

Yeah but the lost wallet didn’t have my name and address on it, shipped to my doorstep. Apples to oranges IMO

BRS is getting their items back. Unfortunately, I think they will just end up in some sort of inventory limbo. I feel bad for the person who received the other end of the package criss cross.

I mean it’s a difficult situation because the FTC states that any items sent to your address with your name on it are not subject to needing to be returned. Their mishap has caused me to need to drive out to the post office to send their package back as well as over a weeks worth of wasted time in setting up my new system. The final piece of the puzzle for my tank was in the mail and I was ready to spend the whole weekend transferring everything over but now I have to change all my plans and wait for my actual item to come

Sounds like your decision was made before you posted so why do you need us to support your decision?
