So how old are you? You should know right from wrong.

If I post a thread that has questions, after @vetteguy53081 replies, I consider the thread answered. This man is a legend and deserves partial ownership of R2R
This makes things easy. @vetteguy53081 if you ordered from a company and they sent you the incorrect item, after you let them know and they reshipped your order, would you send them back the incorrect item if they requested it and provided you an rma and prepaid shipping label? I really don’t have to ask, I know the answer

Aside from doing the right thing, they can by law demand the goods to be returned (at least over here). However often times it’s a “my bad keep it as an apology” type of thing.

you cant tell me you wouldn’t have any internal conflicts yourself. anybody would
no I would not. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve gone back to a store to notify them about forgetting to scan a product and to even give them the chance to let me pay for it. Deep down you just want people to tell you to keep it so you can feel good.

Hello all,
I received an order from BRS containing the wrong items and their customer service team has handled it and are sending me the correct items. I have heard in the past that they usually let the buyer keep the goods they were sent. In this case, they did not explicitly ask me to return them but they did create an RMA and label for me to return them. I am an honest person and came to them at 9AM next business day and I am totally willing/wanting to return the items.

However, as a reefer, we all know pretty much anything on BRS’s site is useful and quite frankly part of me wants to keep the accidental goods. Can someone enlighten me towards the laws surrounding this as well as make me feel better about my decision to return the items. I love BRS and do not want to take from them but at the same time this is their mistake, not mine.
Something like this will not define if you are a good or bad person.
If the item really mattered to them they would spend the time and ask for it back.
I wouldn't have the mindset that they are a million dollar company so they should be fine. All companies have endless amounts of problems big or small and they will be stressing over stuff like money.
This is what brings me back to my last point, if they won't spend the time to personally ask for it back. It dosnt matter that much to them.

I would actually respectfully disagree with this statement. I think this really would be a perfect way to take the measure of a person. If you were to profit from an honest mistake at the expense of another when it was easily in your power to make things right...i cant think of a better test of if someone is a good or bad person.

If that's your opinion that's ok.
