Hope you returned the item. It doesn't matter if BRS is a major company or a small family owned business. You should not keep what is not yours. It really doesn't matter if it isn't illegal. If inconvenience is such an issue you should have let the BRS staff know.

I think there is a slight difference there where finding the legitimate owner is impossible. If you saw someone drop it..would you return it?
