Lol this thread. Yes it may have inconvenienced you so tell them that and ask for some kind of credit. You could also not buy from them going forward if it was that much of an inconvenience and you could explain that to them.

I do not think I could live my life without purchasing from BRS again

No whats sent to my house is mine

Unless it’s my neighbors
I had a different reply ready but figured I would just say as long as you can sleep at night with a clear conscience good for you, I couldn't.
Thanks brandon429 for teaching me about the ignore feature here

Yeah but the lost wallet didn’t have my name and address on it, shipped to my doorstep. Apples to oranges IMO

BRS is getting their items back. Unfortunately, I think they will just end up in some sort of inventory limbo. I feel bad for the person who received the other end of the package criss cross.
A wallet was delivered anywhere it was lost. Apples to apples is the fact you're getting something you didn't pay for or ask for and know it should belong to someone else who did. After further consideration, just keep it... instead of asking us and making up reasons to justify why you should keep it.

I mean it’s a difficult situation because the FTC states that any items sent to your address with your name on it are not subject to needing to be returned. Their mishap has caused me to need to drive out to the post office to send their package back as well as over a weeks worth of wasted time in setting up my new system. The final piece of the puzzle for my tank was in the mail and I was ready to spend the whole weekend transferring everything over but now I have to change all my plans and wait for my actual item to come
You went through the trouble of looking up the law. Deltec sent me a Twin Tech 3000 Calcium Reactor instead of the 1500 I had ordered. I sent it back. Plus they may charge you for it.

I’ve honestly never shipped anything before and do not even know how to. Do I just put the label on it and drop it off at the post office?
If you’re being serious, I can’t tell, but I’ve found that I can schedule a free pickup from my front door with most prepaid labels from usps, ups, and fedex by going online. I’m legally blind and can’t drive so this comes in handy for me.

I truly am asking. I just entered the adult world so I am still learning new adult things everyday

Okay now that trolling is over. It’s really super easy wait for your label send it back and ask for a receipt saying you sent it with a tracking label

Ive had the same and BRS fixed it and had the items shipped next day
