Well, everything is relative. Morality, wealth, intelligence, gravity. I just like exploring how people justify their actions based upon relativity. It is fascinating. I like looking at this from the view of 'Game Theory'.

What is going to be funny...is if this was a flash sale and this was all to do about nutin!! :)

Almost positive this was a mistake. There were GHL items that were not slashed. For example you could buy a kh director and SA doser package for less than the kh director alone.
 
Can confirm. Prices appear slashed in my order.

No, only the stuff that had “funky” pricing is out of stock. The items that were not marked down are still in stock. Like standalone kh director. Which makes me think this was a mistake not clearance. Otherwise why would they not mark all of it down?
 
What makes it quite apparent that it was a mistake as said before was the inflated pricing on some products. Very inflated. Best of luck and hopefully I'm wrong

If BRS agrees to the price, there is no morality issue. But they won’t, because it was wrong.

Anyone who thinks this is a genuine sale or done intentionally is deluding themselves. This is not the first time this has happened on the BRS website. Whether they will honor the prices is the only question. I am almost certain they will not.

The only hope you would have had of receiving anything from this mistake is if it wasn’t noticed before shipping. However, they they now know so they will be trawling through recent GHL orders to cancel them.

If they honor these prices then they will set a precedent; they would have to honor everything in the future that was priced incorrectly. That isn’t going to happen.

Also, it would annoy the hell out of me, having seen the prices but passed because it was clearly a mistake, if a load of people are sent their orders. BRS can’t win out of this, and they deserve everything they get IMO.

I really don't understand all the hate for BRS anymore. They used to be the go to place for reefing related gear.

Just because they bough out marinedepot, who if they didn't sell would have been shutting their doors anyways.
 
Also makes me wonder with the way R2R sends out daily emails, and typically with the most popular threads of the day, if this thread will make it into those emails.
