GoVols phosphate update, of the night...
Welp,
For the record... ;Writing
Thursday night we were bottomed ;Dead out.
Turned off GFO reactor on Thursday night and preformed the weekly water change on Saturday morning.
Just tested the phos. and we are back on the board at .021ppm (Hanna ULR Checker)
Holding the coarse and will re-test again with the nitrates, on Thursday evening.

Yes I am still dosing vitamin C. I mix one tablespoon of vitamarn C with my weekly frozen link it you were to use powdered vitamin c I would suggest 5 milligrams per gallon. If you would like to use a multi vitamin AF has Vanity link. I would also suggest add two drop of b-12 link
As we know with humans, to many meds and not good and natural is better. Same with vitamins, to much is wasted and not good.

Week #4 (30 days) of checking phos. and nitrates with the new Purigen reactor
1 week (7 days) with GFO reactor offline.
Phos. = .o15-ppm (Hanna ULR Checker)
Nitrates = 7-ppm (Salifert)
Phos. did drop ;Wideyed from earlier in the week, but these are new regents
Will buy so more LRS "Reef Frenzy" over the weekend and see if that has made a difference, since I ran out of that food.
Nitrates: Seemed to have climbed a tad but could be a testing error.
Will hold the coarse (With GFO reactor off) and throw the "LRS" back into the feeding routine.
Reef is looking good and see no visible changes.

Rakie,
A lot of reefer's dose vitamin-C but (lol)... Randy just told me that it's also a carbon source and it can also lower your ph.
The last thing that I need is a carbon source and I will be drinking the V-C and the B12.
The reef has been doing really well and I'm not going to mesh with a carbon source
