I'd get live food then. If you can get some brine shrimp eggs I can walk you through setting up a hatchery amd getting eggs in to hatch baby brine shrimp to feed for live food

Yes soak in garlic or selcon don't put to much because you don't want to dirty the water

Just found some info. After 9 to 12 months out teens to go bad. If it had black spots throughout then toss it

Copper is above about 2. Salinity it's 1.025

I actually took him out of the copper too try to get him to eat.

You can mix copper + Prazipro in emergency situations. However, being you saw white stringy poop come out of the fish, metronidazole would probably be more beneficial than praziquantel for him. Can you get API General Cure? That contains both metro + prazi; so best of both worlds.
