50+ mins away, down a mountain in the dark

I can’t go to the store. That temp is fine as long as it's a gradual decrease or increase. You can go down to 72 and up to 80 before problems. I feel like lower would be better in this case. Lower temp water can carry higher levels of oxygen.
Were you there for the storm, or did you move before that? Here's a pic of Looe Key Tiki bar the day after.![]()
5 lives have now been claimed by #florenceJust to Update: two people have been killed by tree crash in Wilmington, NC
There is still water in the tank that I couldn’t put in the cooler along with some sand. So it’s been still water since I leftDo u still have water in your tank back home? Leave any bubblers?
Always want the old water to help the cycle go faster.
Be sure to use Dr Tim’s if you are resetting up bc you will cycle again and may lose what you worked so hard to keep
Can you take a look at this post on my bioball bags and give your opinion?Don't worry about nitrate for now it means that your tank is fully cycled do water changes if you are worried. But ammonia and nitrite are the killers. I assumed you meant macro algae, yes they are almost always beneficial in my opinion. Glad you are safe.
