They said you will have to contact the shipper. I said the shipper was not responsible for delivering my package you guys were

But please go easy on those delivery drivers and call center people. With walk in retail essentially nonexistent, these people are getting absolutely crushed by the sheer volume of increased online ordering since this crisis began.
