I had same issue with my shipment of salt from Amazon , box was actually wet with spilt salt all in the box and the bucket was just pure garbage

I returned mine and they refunded. I had much better luck with saltysupply. I asked for a little extra packagong and they put the bucket in a super sturdy box. It arrived in perfect condition

After doing a full bucket, I have decided to move back to bright well. I just wasn't personally impressed. Left water cloudy for a few hours after a water change, parameters were never consistent no matter how much mixing of the salt I did, and not to mention the brown crud it left behind on my water mixing station. I'm gonna follow along still and maybe will try it again in the future.
