OP here. I can’t believe I’m asking this but it is possible to add a eurobrace to rimless tank for structural reinforcement? I’m questioning rimless tanks in general. Just gathering information to help me figure out next move considering I have a Red Sea G2+ set-up on the way.

I do not have firsthand experience, but it seems certain you can reinforce with eurobraces, as that is what they are used for to begin with, and it is just attached glass braces with silicone.
You would need to know what risks you take with the warranty on the tank, though, as this change will likely void the warranty.

Wow, another Red Sea with a seam failure issue, let me pretend to be surprised.

In the 18 months or so I have been a R2R user, I have seen these type posts at least every other week. I even started a thread about it a while back that maybe needs bumped again I dunno. Over 20 pages of Red Sea Fail with 25 threads per page is over 500 issues reported here alone? Yeah? maybe! I wonder if that could be considered a Preponderance of Evidence? Honestly I think all you Red Sea owners who have gone thru this, and then dealt with the customer service offering you a free tank,. should get a class action suit started to pay for your flooring and maybe something for your stress and time spent fixing, cleaning, recovering.

Bio bricks during a tank transfer:

They're pretty rejecting of scum buildup so they're safe sitting there but they're designed to be in flowing water. The bacteria are aerobes and they appreciate gas exchange.

Me personally I would remove them, dry them out and put them back if at all in the final setup. The live rock is what provides the contact area we need, that extra from bio bricks is expendable meaning if you removed them, nothing you could measure would change. But it's OK to keep them too, having extra surface area is what we do in reef tanks by habit/ no harm of it being in the form of a bio brick for sure.

You had 2 Red Sea failures. Unbelievable. My LFS is constantly being hired for Red Sea tank rescues and posts it all the time on IG. It amazes me that people will still defend this company.

Yea this sucks for sure. I think with any rimless tank over 75 gallons or so there is risk of rupture compared to a braced tank. The bigger you go the more risk there is I believe. That being said I own a G2 625 XXL. I'm not new and didn't "get got". I've owned several brands and multiple IM tanks. I always felt like the stands on those swayed a little side to side as if they would just fold over at some point. That's why I don't own any at this time. My G2 has been up for 2 years with no issues. I was adamant the dealer set it up and level it which they did just because I wanted assurance if something did happen I had the RS dealer install it. If they aren't perfectly level the stand will eventually sag on any tank causing issues. I'm in the process of exiting the hobby because I've been through 4 major hurricanes in 2 years. I'm over the losses of livestock and the financial setbacks so I'm moving on for now. I'll probably be giving away the whole setup lights,skimmer, livestock, all of it in the near future on here if anyone is interested. If at some point I ever wanted another large tank acrylic would be my first choice over any glass tank unless it was under 75 gallons or so then I would consider another glass tank.

I’ll admit rimless is aesthetically better but hard to beat braces. Especially since Euro bracing less obtrusive then old school All Glass look.

Have you considered keeping discus. Something I’ve contemplated since I’m also in the path of hurricanes and have experienced two where power lost for an extended period. Some Malaysian bred discus rival salt and tank setup with stumps rather appealing. Seen where reef lighting used and the highlight blue made them look rather stunning. Something closer to white light with a tint of blue.

Definatly won't hurt but I wonder if these will really help since the seam didn't look like the separation started at the top. I'm not an engineer or anything even close.
